How do payments work?
We typically split projects into milestone-based payments — all of this is spelled out clearly in the proposal before you sign anything.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
If you want to add something outside the original scope, we'll scope and price the addition separately before starting it. We never just absorb scope creep into the original price — or surprise you with extra charges after the fact.
Do I need to be available throughout the project?
We try to keep your time commitment minimal. Most projects require 2–3 hours of your time per week for reviews and approvals. You'll have a single point of contact on our side, and we'll batch questions so you're not constantly interrupted.
Who owns the work after delivery?
You do. All code, designs, and deliverables transfer to you fully upon final payment. No licensing fees, no vendor lock-in. You can take what we build to any other developer in the future.
What timezone do you work in?
We work with clients across all US time zones. We're flexible on meeting times and asynchronous-first by default, so time zones are rarely an issue.
